Shipping & Returns

  • We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for most of our shipping.

  • Most unframed art pieces are shipped in mailing tubes

  • Books are shipped in sturdy envelopes or in boxes in the case of multiple items.  Fees for framed art are calculated at time of shipping. 

  • Shipping fees for items from The Skald's Hoard are calculated as per the buyer's preferred shipping service.  All items are subject to packaging and handling fees.

  • * If you have a preferred shipping methods, please let us know.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are available for items damaged in the shipping process only.  Exchanges are negotiable.
